Tracking more showers and storms before cooler weather

TODAY: I'm tracking isolated storms possible through the rest of the day, but the majority of Central Missouri will be staying dry as temperatures warm into the low 80s by the afternoon hours. Winds will be out of the southwest at 5-10 mph.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking showers and storms moving in from the south throughout the mornings, first entering the lake area by 9-10 am, then becoming more widespread across the I-70 region by 12-1 pm. Showers and storms will be ongoing throughout the rest of the day as temperatures warm into the mid 70s.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking showers exiting by Wednesday-Thursday, leading to a dry end of the week. Cooler weather will arrive with the end of these rain chances as temperatures stay in the mid 70s and low 80s over the next 7 days. Along with this, sunshine can be expected to persist into the weekend.
