Tracking sunshine today, scattered showers tomorrow

THIS AFTERNOON: Mostly sunny and mild with temperatures in the mid-70s.

TONIGHT: Conditions remain clear and calm through the overnight as lows fall to the upper 50s.

EXTENDED: Rain chances increase by Friday morning through the afternoon as scattered showers track through the area. Showers may linger through Friday night football games, but rain totals will be light below a half inch for most. Skies begin to clear again on Saturday morning, but rain may linger south of Hwy 50 before noon. Kickoff at Faurot looks dry and sunny with temperatures in the mid-70s on Saturday afternoon. Highs remain in the 70s through most of next week as dry weather takes over throughout the forecast.
