Tracking temperatures feeling like the start of fall

TONIGHT: I'm tracking the sky clearing as temperatures cool into the mid 50s by the end of the night. Winds will be calm out of the northwest at 4-8 mph.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking plenty of sunshine as temperatures warm into the upper 70s by the afternoon hours. It will be less humid as winds continue to blow out of the northwest at 5-10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking some clouds possible throughout Monday as showers are expected to the southwest during the day. Temperatures will only warm into the mid 70s by the afternoon hours, and this will set the trend for the rest of the week. Temperatures will stay in the mid to upper 70s through the end of the week, but a slight potential (20%) for rain arrives by Thursday and persists into the weekend.
