MOBERLY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The City of Moberly on Saturday announced a boil advisory for water customers near the 500 block of Patton Street.

The city made the announcement in a Saturday press release. Water service was interrupted on Saturday because of water main repairs, the release says. The city wrote that water service would be restored after repairs were made.

The boil advisory will last 48 hours, the release says. During an advisory, water should be boiled for 3 minutes and cooled before drinking, the release says.

The release says that utility customers with questions can call the water office at 660-263-4420.
