Trash will run normally the rest of the week in Columbia, Monday customers to have refuse picked up Saturday

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Columbia’s trash routes will run on their regular schedules for the rest of the week, the city’s Solid Waste Department wrote on its social media on Monday.

Inclement weather caused Monday’s pickups to be rescheduled. Customers who regularly have trash picked up on Monday can put out their roll carts on Saturday, Jan. 11, the department wrote. The city sent another release on Monday stating that Saturday's pickup will not include recycling.

Curbside recycling for through Wednesday has been canceled, the department wrote. Thursday and Friday recycling routes will run on their normal schedule, weather permitting.
