Columbia City Council rezones area near Scott Boulevard to multi-family
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Columbia City Council on Monday night approved to rezone nearly 5 acres of land in west Columbia.
The council unanimously approved to rezone 4.82-acres land in the 4400 block of Smith Drive – near Scott Boulevard -- from single-family to multi-family.
There was not a specific plan for the area published or presented during last night's meeting. Some residents at Monday night’s meeting pushed back at the idea.
