Boonville woman seriously hurt in Cooper County crash Friday night

COOPER COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Boonville woman was seriously hurt in a crash in Cooper County at around 8:30 p.m. Friday night, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

The report states Breanna Connell, 27, of Boonville, was driving east on I-70 near mm 106 in a 2012 Mazda CX-9 when Connell went off the left side of the road and hit a median cable.

Connell then got back onto I-70 and went off the right side of the road, hitting a guardrail face. Connell got back onto the roadway, then again went off the left side of the road and hit a median cable.

Connell was taken by ambulance to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The report states she was not wearing a seatbelt.
