Jolly Rancher Popsicles

Unilever has issued a recall for about 137,000 cases of single-serve Popsicle Jolly Rancher Frozen Confection Pop Products.

The company issued the recall because the popsicles may contain milk, which is not listed as an ingredient on the products label.

The Food and Drug Administration lists green apple, blue raspberry and grape as the flavors recalled. They were sold at grocery stores nationwide from Feb. 1 to Aug. 15.

The recalled popsicles have a lot code that can be found on the outside of the wrapper. Recalled numbers are:

  • MAY1725KY4
  • MAY1825KY4
  • MAY1925KY4
  • JAN3026KY4
  • JAN3126KY4
  • FEB0126KY4
  • MAR1226KY4
  • MAR1326KY4
  • MAR1426KY4
  • MAR1526KY4
  • MAR1626KY4

According to the FDA, the recall does not apply to the 18-count Popsicle Jolly Rancher multi-pack.

If you have the recalled popsicles and have an allergy to milk you should throw them away or return them.

BMW vehicles

BMW has recalled more than 720,000 vehicles.

The automaker says electric plug connectors on the recalled vehicles are not properly sealed and can lead the connectors to get wet and short circuit, which could start a fire.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the recall affects 12 models of vehicles from 2012 through 2018:

  • BMW X1 2012-2015
  • BMW X3 2013-2017
  • BMW X4 2015-2018
  • BMW X5 2016-2018
  • BMW Z4 2012-2016
  • BMW 2281 2014-2016
  • BMW 228XI 2014-2016
  • BMW 328I 2012-2016
  • BMW 328XI 2012-2016
  • BMW 428I 2014-2016
  • BMW 428XI 3015-2016
  • BMW 528I 2012-2016

BMW says dealers will fix the issue for free and owners will be notified by mail sometime in October.
