Southbound lanes of Providence Road at Worley Street reopen after crash

First responders remove debris from Providence Road in Columbia near Worley Street after a multi-vehicle crash occurred Wednesday evening.

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Providence Road in Columbia was closed at the intersection with Worley Street on Wednesday evening after a crash with multiple vehicles occurred.

A notification from Boone County Joint Communications at 9:42 p.m. stated the intersection was closed. The intersection reopened at 10:30 p.m.

An ABC 17 News reporter saw a car stopped on top of a motorcycle at the intersection. The southbound lanes are closed. Three vehicles in total were damaged.

There were four Columbia police officers, two ambulances and a Columbia Fire Department vehicle at the scene.
