Tracking below average temperatures and daily rain chances

TONIGHT: I'm tracking a gradual increase in cloud cover throughout the rest of the evening with temperatures falling into the low 60s by the end of the night. Winds will be calm and out of the north.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking a mix of clouds and sunshine throughout the day, with temperatures topping out in the high 70s/low 80s by the afternoon hours. A low chance (20%) at seeing rainfall is expected in the evening.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking rainfall and storms early Monday morning to start the work week that lasts into the early afternoon hours. This will set the trend of daily rain/storm chances that last until Friday, with some areas potentially reaching 3" of total rainfall by the end of the week. Daily high temperatures will be in the low to mid 80s throughout the week which is still below average for this time of the year.
