COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

An 18-year-old man accused of robbery on July 31 in the 5000 block of Clark Lane was arrested, according to a Tuesday evening press release from the Columbia Police Department.

Police wrote that Nathaniel Watson was arrested on Tuesday.

In an updated press release, police wrote that after Watson was arrested, a SWAT Team served a warrant at 4:20 p.m. at a residence in the 5000 block of Clark Lane. The release says a male younger than 18 years old -- who was accused in the robbery -- was also arrested.

Watson was arrested on suspicion of first-degree robbery, stealing and unlawful use of a weapon, the release says. Charges have yet to appear on Casenet and Watson’s information has not appeared on the Boone County Jail’s online roster.
