New McDonald’s expected to open in Columbia this fall

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday for a new McDonald’s location that is expected to open in Columbia this fall.

The new McDonald’s will be located at 5410 Clark Lane, next to the Schnucks Battle Crossing, a press release says. More than 100 employees are expected to be hired at the new location, the release says.

The other McDonald’s on Clark Lane is not closing, according to officials.

The new location will include digital menus, kitchen equipment and signage, the release says.
