BROOKINGS, S.D. — Led by Luke Appel’s 19 points, the South Dakota State Jackrabbits defeated the Kansas City Roos 75-66 on Thursday night. The Jackrabbits are now 12-9 with the win and the Kangaroos dropped to 8-13.
