No injuries reported in Saline County after shots are fired into home

MIAMI, Mo. (KMIZ)

No injuries were reported after shots were fired into a residence on Tuesday afternoon in Miami, Missouri, according to a press release from the Saline County Sheriff’s Office.

The release states that deputies were dispatched around 3 p.m. to the 100 block of East Mechanic Street for a report of a shooting.

The release states that four people were taken into custody. The Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office assisted, according to the release.

The names of the people were arrested were not released. The sheriff’s office stated the investigation is ongoing.
