Tracking Friday morning rain with a warm Christmas weekend

TODAY: Scattered light drizzle remains possible this afternoon as highs remain into the mid-50s with winds out of the south at 5-10 mph.

TONIGHT: Overnight widespread showers move in late closer to 3 am with moderate showers expected. Lows cool to the mid-40s. ]

EXTENDED: Showers remain into the late morning hours Friday become spotty light drizzles once again by the afternoon. Saturday remains mostly cloudy with a few spotty showers possible. Christmas Eve Sunday sees widespread showers lasting overnight and most of the first half of Christmas day. Highs remain near the 60 degree mark into the weekend before cooling down by mid-week next week reaching into the mid-40s. Rainfall totals throughout the next seven days amounts to up to 1.75".
