Tracking overnight showers and storms before a cooler weekend

Tonight: Overnight showers and storms begin after 6 pm with isolated strong storms possible. Wind sup to 50 mph and hail up to dime size remains possible until early Saturday morning well before sunrise.

Tomorrow: Showers and storms push east before sunrise with mostly cloudy skies remaining throughout the day. Highs climb into the upper 40s with winds out of the west at 8-12 mph.

Extended: Temperatures continue to cool reaching just below 40 degrees Sunday and highs climb into next week into the mid to upper 40s with drier conditions.
