DENVER (AP) — Authorities say they have captured the man accused of shooting three people dead in his latest property dispute with neighbors in rural Colorado. The Custer County Sheriff’s Office announced Tuesday afternoon that Hanme K. Clark was arrested by New Mexico State police near Albuquerque. Monday’s shooting took place in a wooded area while a surveyor was working on a property owned by two of the victims. Two men and a woman died at the scene. A fourth person was wounded. A local sheriff had said the shooting followed a contentious property dispute among Clark and his neighbors.
