ST. LOUIS — Led by Terrence Hargrove Jr.’s 27 points, the Saint Louis Billikens defeated the Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles 75-63. The Screaming Eagles were led by Jordan Tillmon, who posted 15 points and eight rebounds.
