Troy man seriously hurt in motorcycle crash in Monroe County

MONROE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Troy man was serious hurt in a motorcycle crash in Monroe County.

Troopers say, Dale Geeding, 60, was driving westbound on Highway 154 when he hit a deer around 7:30 Tuesday night and was thrown from his motorcycle.

The crash happened east of Paris near the intersection with Highway 107, according to the online crash report.

Geeding was flown to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The Highway Patrol says, Geeding was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
