Tracking overnight spotty showers before a windy weekend

Tonight: Spotty showers move into Mid-Missouri after 7 PM with many areas across the region seeing no rainfall. A drier atmosphere soaks up the moisture as overnight lows cool to near 50 degrees. Winds gust up to 10 mph.

Tomorrow: Skies remain partly cloudy until the afternoon hours where scattered showers move through the area after 5 PM. Highs climb into the mid to upper 60s as winds settle out of the northwest gusting up to 25 mph.

Extended: Sunday and Monday see cooler temperatures into the lower 60s as winds out of the northwest gust up to 40 mph. Skies remain partly cloudy both days before clearing Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs warm into the mid-70s by late next week with chances of showers returning Thursday and Friday.
