Tracking elevated fire conditions on Thursday

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and mild with lows in the low 50s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny, breezy, and warm with highs in the lower 80s.

EXTENDED: Fire weather conditions will be possible again on Thursday as dew points will be in the 40s and 50s along with a south breeze. Avoid any outdoor burning during the day. Friday will be bright and warm to start, with cloud cover knocking off a couple degrees during the day. Highs reach near 80 before a cold front moves in overnight, bringing a chance of rain and a few storms through Saturday afternoon. The severe threat looks to stay to our southeast on Saturday, but temperatures cool to about 70 for a high on Saturday. We'll be chillier behind the front on Sunday morning with highs in the lower 40s. Sunday will bring more sunshine with highs in the lower 60s. Next week starts off near average with highs in the upper 60s and rain chances holding off until later in the week. Temperatures start to gradually rise back into the 70s by Tuesday and Wednesday.
