Tracking showers ahead of a stagnant pattern making for a sunny week
TODAY: Monday is a bright start for some, especially in the south, but a disturbance approaching from the northwest will bring clouds for most through the morning, and some spotty showers for some. Highs will climb just into the low 70s with a light breeze from the south all day long.
TONIGHT: Skies will begin to clear by sunset, and remain mostly clear overnight. Winds from the south keep temps near 50 overnight.
EXTENDED: Tuesday starts bright and mild. Highs reach upper 70s under sunshine and south winds on Tuesday and Wednesday, with temperatures pushing just barely into the low 80s by Thursday afternoon. A low pressure system approaches from the west on Friday, increasing our rain chances by the evening hours. Rain chances become more widespread on Saturday, and temps cool into the 70s. Behind the system, temperatures cool into the 60s for Sunday.
