AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) — Five-time champion Tiger Woods has withdrawn from the Masters due to injury. Woods was in last place among the golfers who had made the cut. He was injured in a car accident in 2021 that nearly cost him his leg, and he spent this week at times limping around the course. He made the cut on Saturday for the 23rd straight time, tying a tournament record. But when Woods returned to the course to start his weather-delayed third round he struggled and was 6 over par through seven holes for the round before play was postponed due to weather. Brooks Koepka will be the leader when play resumes at 8:30 a.m.
