Gravois Mills man has more child-sex charges
MORGAN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)
A man who ran an unlicensed daycare has yet another charge related to sexually assaulting a child.
In total, Leland Bryan, 62, is now charged in Morgan County with:
- 10 counts of statutory sodomy
- Unlawful use of a weapon
- Armed-criminal action
- Child molestation
A detective spoke with another one of Bryan’s alleged victims in July.
A pretrial conference is set for 9 a.m. Monday, April 24. A jury trial begins 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 11.
Bryan has additional charges in Miller County: One count of first-degree statutory rape with a child younger than 14 years old and first-degree statutory sodomy.
