More charges have been filed against a man accused of sexually abusing a minor at an unlicensed daycare in Versailles.

Leland Bryan has been charged with another count of first-degree statutory sodomy in Morgan County.

He is also charged with four other cases of first-degree statutory (five total), unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

Bryan is accused of running an unlicensed daycare from his home and abusing some of the children he cared for at his home in Gravois Mills.

In court documents, it says that one of the victims told investigators that Bryan told her if she told anyone about the incidents he would kill her and her entire family.

Residents in the small town of Gravois say they aren't shocked at what Bryan is accused of. They say there have been rumors about him for the past five years and they always saw him with children under the age of ten.

The court documents show Bryan was previously convicted of a felony in Arizona, with one count of cruelty towards a child.
