Russell scores 30, SE Missouri State downs Tennessee State

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. — The Southeast Missouri State Redhawks defeated the Tennessee State Tigers 92-75 on Thursday night led by Phillip Russell’s 30 points. The Redhawks are now 11-11 on the season, while the Tigers moved to 11-11.
