Allen scores 28 in Kansas City’s win over North Dakota State

FARGO, N.D. — Led by Shemarri Allen’s 28 points, the Kansas City Roos defeated the North Dakota State Bison 75-73 on Saturday. The Kangaroos moved to 8-13 with the win and the Bison dropped to 8-13.
