INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Davis Mills threw a 28-yard touchdown pass to Jordan Akins with 50 seconds left then connected with Akins on the 2-point conversion to give Houston a 32-31 victory at Indianapolis. The victory cost the Texans the No. 1 overall draft pick. They’ll select second, behind the Chicago Bears. Indy, meanwhile, lost its seventh straight under interim coach Jeff Saturday while solidifying a top-five draft selection. The final chapter was a surprise twist after Indy rallied from a 10-point third-quarter deficit to take a 31-24 lead with 3:33 to go. But Mills converted two fourth down plays, including the fourth-and-20 pass to Akins to win it.
