Heat and humidity climb over the weekend
TONIGHT: Mostly clear and warm with lows near 70.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny, warmer and humid with highs near 90. Heat index between 90-93.
EXTENDED: Sunday is another dry but hot day with highs in the lower 90s. A weak front will arrive late Sunday night and bring a chance for a few scattered showers and thunderstorms to Mid-Missouri into the first half of Monday, brining 0.25″ of rain or less. There’s a chance we could see a few storms Wednesday, but most of the week is quiet with temperatures near average in the upper 80s.
