Poland-US match goes to decisive doubles at BJK Cup

GLASGOW, Scotland (AP) — Magda Linette beat Madison Keys in three sets to force a deciding doubles match between Poland and the United States at the Billie Jean King Cup on Wednesday. Danielle Collins gave the Americans a 1-0 lead after winning the opening singles match against Magdalena French 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 (2) at the biggest team event in women’s tennis, formerly known as the Fed Cup. But Linette leveled the Group D match at 1-1 by beating Keys 6-4, 4-6, 6-2. Spain, Switzerland and Slovakia all earned victories earlier.
