A Summer-like pattern unfolding in Mid-Missouri

WEDNESDAY: We’ll wake up to partly to mostly cloudy skies this morning thanks to storms north and west of the viewing area streaming cloud cover our direction. Temperatures will warm up into the mid to upper 80s , with a few spotty storms possible this afternoon.

TONIGHT: Those storms will fizzle with the loss of daytime heating, leaving us partly cloudy as temperatures fall to near 70 for an overnight low.

EXTENDED: A nice stretch of dry weather will continue through the work week into the weekend as this upper-level ridge will snuff out most rain chances and keep the storm tracks to our north. Highs will be in the upper 80s to near 90 daily, with humidity increasing toward the end of the week.
