Vehicle fire shuts down I-70

A vehicle fire has shutdown the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 in Boone County, according to officials with MoDOT. In a tweet, officials said both lanes are closed between the Route 40 and Route J interchanges west of Columbia. Crash blocks part of Business Loop

A crash blocked part of Business Loop at Garth Avenue just before noon on Monday afternoon. The two-vehicle crash occurred after one vehicle allegedly ran a red light and crashed into the other car, according to first responders on scene.
