Two people were injured after a crash on Highway 94 Tuesday morning. The crash happened on Highway 94 near the Missouri River Bridge in Jefferson City as one vehicle was traveling westbound and crossed the center line and crashed head on with another vehicle. Emergency crews shut down the road Tuesday morning after the crash.
