Teen killed in Audrain County crash

An 18-year-old was killed in an Audrain County crash Friday morning. The Missouri State Highway Patrol report states Michael Cunningham of Mexico, Missouri, was killed when the car he was riding in went off County Road 355 just north of MO 15. The driver, 20-year-old Jesse Smith, also from Mexico, was flown to University Hospital

Kim Anderson contract released

Friday, the Mizzou Athletic Department released the men’s head basketball coach Kim Anderson’s five year contract. Anderson is set to make $300,000 annually and guaranteed to make $1.1 million in his first year. With incentives Coach Anderson can make $2.45 million dollars. Route-Z bus crash update

A few parents with students at Two Mile Prairie said they were concerned that the alerting system from the school was not working. Michelle Baumstark with Columbia Public Schools said, “We sent out a mass alert to all of the parents who had children on the bus. One hundred percent of the messages were received.”
