Snow plow catches fire on Tom Bass Rd.

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A snow plow caught fire Wednesday afternoon on Tom Bass Road.

According to officials the fire started in the engine compartment.

Watch a video from a viewer sent in as the snow plow catches fire.

Officials report the driver was able to exit the truck before the fire reached the cab area of the snow plow.

An official reported the cause of the fire is under investigation.
