Tracking scattered storms tomorrow, increasing by Thursday

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with an isolated shower or storm. Lows in the mid-60s.

TOMORROW: Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered afternoon storms. Highs in the upper 70s.

EXTENDED: Storms increase in coverage on Thursday as a cold front finally makes its way east across Mid-Missouri through the day and night. Measurable rainfall up to about a quarter of an inch will be possible through Thursday night. Once the front exits the area, we're left with less humid air, slightly cooler temperatures, and a gorgeous end to the week with sunshine through the weekend. Temperatures warm back up into next week, but the pattern looks largely dry for the first few days of June.
