Snow tapers off tonight, leaving bitterly cold air behind

TONIGHT: Snow ends before midnight, and temperatures drop into the teens. Morning wind chills between 5-10 degrees.

TUESDAY: Cold and becoming mostly sunny with highs in the low 30s.

EXTENDED: Wednesday morning will be the coldest of the week with lows falling into the teens, and the wind chills in the single digits. Patchy slick spots are still possible if left untreated. The rest of the week is much quieter and gets warmer each day, with highs back into the mid-40s by Thursday. By the weekend, we warm into the upper 40s to low 50s and the forecast still looks dry at this time.
