Tracking rain for parts of Mid-Missouri Wednesday

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with temperatures falling into the low 30s.

TOMORROW: Mostly cloudy with showers possible by afternoon, especially west of Highway 63. Highs in the mid-40s.

EXTENDED: Showers could change over to snow late Wednesday night as cooler air moves in and low pressure tracks southeast. Snow showers are most likely south of Highway 50, but little to no accumulation is expected for most of the area. Locations near the Lake of the Ozarks and I-44 could see a dusting of snowfall, with slightly higher amounts farther south. The rest of the week remains chilly and cloudy as temperatures remain in the mid-30s. Sunday will be the coolest day with temperatures near freezing during the day, followed by a brief warm up back to the low 40s early next week.
