A cool weekend with a slight warmup on the way

TODAY: Saturday will start off pretty chilly with temperatures in the mid-40s for the early morning. We'll slowly warm throughout the day into the low 70s in the afternoon. Humidity will remain low to keep us feeling very comfortable as the sun sticks around as well. Those smoky skies will persist for just a bit longer but it'll be a little brighter than the past few days.

SUNDAY: Conditions will be almost the same tomorrow! We will begin a warming trend that continues throughout next week. High temperature will top out in the mid-70s. Humidity will again hold off to keep things pleasant.

EXTENDED: Mid-Missouri will see a small warmup throughout next week. Temperatures will steadily rise into the upper 70s for most days. Humidity holds off as the sun sticks out so this will be the perfect week to get outside!
