Tracking another round of fog and rain Thursday

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with patchy fog possible early Thursday morning. Lows falling into the upper 50s to around 60.

TOMORROW: Mostly cloudy with a chance for scattered showers and a spot storm. Highs in the upper 60s to low 70s.

EXTENDED: The stubborn front stalled over Mid-Missouri over the last few days will drift a bit through Friday, giving us scattered showers and potentially a thunderstorm or two heading into the first part of the weekend. Rain amounts will add up to between 1-2", with the highest amounts across north-central Missouri. Rain finally tapers off by about midday Saturday, bringing more sunshine by late afternoon as the front lifts north. We'll see highs right around 80 on Saturday. We're in for a sunny Sunday with cooler morning temperatures in the mid-50s. Next week, with upper high pressure overhead, we'll start the week off dry with temperatures a degree or two cooler than average.
