Summer-like heat is on the way

TODAY: Clouds will hang around for the first half of the day-- a little more sunshine is expected by the afternoon/evening. Temperatures are expected to top out in the 70s.

TONIGHT: Conditions remain comfortable and calm as lows drop into the upper 50s.

EXTENDED: That summer heat begins to move in on Monday as temperatures warm back into the 80s. By Wednesday, we'll be well into the upper 80s and pushing toward the lower 90s. Things have the potential to become interesting Wednesday night through the start of the weekend as we are monitoring the possibility for storm development.
