Tracking a stormy Memorial weekend Sunday

TODAY: The morning will start out comfortable for us with temperatures quickly warming. By the afternoon, temperatures will soar into the mid 80s across the area. During the afternoon, we are tracking the possibility for quick-moving storms to push through mid-Missouri. These are not expected to be severe, but one or two of the storms could produce some hail and gusty winds. Make sure you have a way to get weather alerts as you continue to enjoy your Memorial Day weekend.

TONIGHT: Clouds remain, but rain exits the area. Temperatures will fall into the upper 60s.

EXTENDED: This pattern of warm and muggy weather will continue through much of the first half of this week. Expect daily storm chances and temperatures in the 80s during the day, and the mid 60s at night.
