Chilly End to 2019

TODAY: Clouds begin clearing, and highs will be in the lower 40s. Wind chill is still a factor with winds coming from the west at ~15 mph. The "feels like" temperatures will remain in the 20s.

TONIGHT: The winds finally start to calm, and by late this evening conditions will be cool and clear. Lows remain in the upper 20s.

EXTENDED: To start out the new year, we are tracking a warm up throughout the next few days. Sunshine will return, and temperatures will stretch back into the lower 50s. Our next weather system is set to move in on Thursday. With this system, we are tracking rain on Thursday. Precipitation is expected to continue into Friday, and as temperatures fall later on Friday there's a chance we could see a brief mix to snow. Stay with ABC 17 Stormtrack Weather as we continue to track this system throughout the next few days.
