Tracking a mild and sunny start to the week

THIS AFTERNOON: Sunny and comfortable, with highs in the 70s and a light breeze from the south.

TONIGHT: Temperatures fall quickly under clear skies overnight, with lows in the lower 50s.

EXTENDED: Mild weather will continue through Tuesday and Wednesday, closer to 80 degrees at times, but storm chances return later in the week. A few strong storms are possible on Thursday and Friday, but these should mostly remain to our west and south. Daily rain chances continue into the weekend, cooling temperatures into the 70s and 60s through the end of the month.
