Tracking a wet and warm weekend, strong storms next week

TONIGHT: Cool and overcast, with temperatures falling into the low 50s.

TOMORROW: Scattered showers in the morning, then drier by the afternoon. Temperatures rebound to the mid-70s.

EXTENDED: Sunday will start dry and warm, but showers and storms return in the afternoon and continue through Sunday night. Monday and Tuesday are ABC 17 Stormtrack Weather Alert Days for the threat of severe storms capable of all severe hazards. Severe storms may continue into early Wednesday, and rain chances will continue through the end of next week. Temperatures remain above average throughout the forecast, in the 80s on Monday and Tuesday, and the 70s the rest of the week.
