Tracking a stretch of noticeably warmer weather to enjoy

TODAY: I'm tracking a sunny but cool start to the day as temperatures start in the mid-20s due to northerly winds. A gradual increase in cloud cover is expected throughout the day, but winds shifting into the south at 5-10 mph will help temperatures warm into the mid-40s.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking clouds lingering throughout the overnight hours as winds continue to blow out of the southeast at 5-10 mph with gusts up to 15 mph. This will lead to temperatures dropping into the low 30s by the end of the night.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking widespread sunshine returning for Sunday as winds pick up from the south at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph. The southerly winds paired with the sunshine will help temperatures quickly warm into the upper 50s by the afternoon hours. Even warmer weather is expected for Monday afternoon as temperatures will get into the mid-60s. This significantly warmer weather will last throughout Tuesday, but a system on Tuesday evening will bring chances of rain that last throughout Wednesday. This will lead to temperatures dropping back down into the low 30s during the morning hours and upper 40s for the afternoon. Similar temperatures will last throughout the rest of the week as more chances of rain enter the forecast.
