Tracking below-zero wind chills tonight
TONIGHT: Patchy flurries and clouds will exit overnight, with temperatures falling to the low single digits. An ABC 17 Stormtrack Weather Alert Day goes into effect at midnight, lasting through tomorrow morning, as wind chills will drop below zero, down to -10 degrees in the worst spots.
TOMORROW: Sunny and brutally cold, with wind chills in the single digits throughout the day.
EXTENDED: Wind chills fall to the low single digits once again Sunday morning, but a southerly breeze will warm temperatures back to the upper 20s to low 30s by the end of the weekend. More clouds and patchy flurries are possible on Sunday, but accumulations will be isolated and very light. High temperatures climb into the mid to upper 30s next week, with a possibility of mixed wintry precipitation on Tuesday and Wednesday.
