Tracking another round of strong wind gusts tonight

TONIGHT: Clouds decrease, with strong winds through late evening. Lows fall into the upper teens to low 20s with wind chills in the low teens.

TOMORROW: Cold start to the morning with mostly sunny skies and highs in the lower 40s.

EXTENDED:  Strong winds will subside overnight, but it will be chilly with lows falling into the upper teens to around 20. Wind chills will likely be in the low teens to start Friday. We'll have more sunshine tomorrow with temperatures reaching near 40 in the afternoon. Winds shift back around to the south on Saturday, sending temperatures back into the 50s. A dry cold front moves through between Saturday and Sunday, bringing cooler air to end the weekend with highs in the lower 40s. Next week we'll be on a holiday warming trend as upper high pressure builds over the region. Temperatures will soar into the low 60s on Tuesday and Wednesday, and upper 60s by Christmas Day. Our record high on Christmas Day is 74, and our current forecast is for 66. Christmas Day is likely to be windy with rain holding off until potentially next weekend.
