Tracking another band of accumulating snow, cold temperatures overnight

TONIGHT: The last band of snow presses across Mid-Missouri through the evening commute, completely exiting the region before midnight. Lows fall into the upper teens, meaning untreated areas will continue to be slick.

TOMORROW: Gradually decreasing clouds, chilly with highs in the low 30s.

EXTENDED: Snow showers exit from west to east tonight, leaving another 1-2" of additional snow accumulation. Temperatures drop into the teens, making for a bitterly cold night. Tuesday is looking dry with clouds slow to exit, and Wednesday a bit warmer with winds picking up from the southwest. As another cold front moves in, a clipper system could bring a few quick snow showers on Wednesday night. Thursday morning will be the coldest of the week with lows falling to about ten degrees, and highs only making the lower 20s behind an arctic cold front. We'll warm slightly to end the week with highs in the upper 30s and the potential for a few disturbances to bring more clouds or light precipitation between Friday and the weekend.
