Tracking widespread rain tonight into Friday
TONIGHT: Cloudy with patchy fog and scattered showers and storms becoming widespread overnight. Lows in the lower 50s.
TOMORROW: Cloudy with scattered showers and a few rumbles of thunder. Highs in the upper 50s.
EXTENDED: Showers drift in area-wide tonight, with a few rumbles of thunder possible. As low pressure is centered over us tomorrow, count on scattered rain and cool temperatures in the 50s. Rain exits to the east on Friday night, but we could see some lingering clouds Saturday morning. We'll be dry through the weekend with highs reaching the upper 50s on Saturday and low 60 on Sunday. Clouds return ahead of another low pressure system exiting the Southwest over the weekend, bringing a chance for rain late Sunday night through most of Monday. The start of next week looks seasonable, with highs a bit above average in the mid-upper 50s. A stronger cold front moves through on Wednesday, ushering in a much colder air mass that will linger through next weekend. If there's enough moisture with it, we may see a few light showers or snow showers, but impacts are looking very minimal at this time. We'll see highs in the low 40s for Thanksgiving and the days to follow.Â
